Located in vibrant Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, TX in a mixed-use residential 'high-design / high-rise living' complex, Hexagon Studio Architects, in collaboration with Good City Studio renovated 13,000 SF of shared resident 'amenity' space.

The tri-level project included a re-working of the 1st floor Leasing Office, the addition of a 2-story Co-Working Space - providing a fresh and well-equipped working space for residents who WFH - and a complete re-imagining of the more socially focused 7th floor amenity spaces to incorporate a bar and other gathering spaces for lounging and eating. The 7,000SF 7th floor lounge affords near-270 degree views of Dallas' city center to the south and is immediately adjacent to the stunning rooftop pool deck and outdoor amenities. A decidedly more upscale vibe than our typical projects, the spaces are still characterized by a warm, yet light and airy feel.
