OFFSITE

Offsite is a 30,000 square foot co-working space managed by the Fitler Club in the old Marketplace Design Center with views of the Schuylkill River and University City. The space is composed of a large range of work space from single-occupancy offices to larger, “anchor tenant” spaces. Offsite members enjoy expansive lounge and shared spaces with conference, meeting, and quiet rooms offering respite when needed. The vibe is refined but relaxed contrasting heavily textured board-formed concrete structural elements with taught wood wall and ceiling panels. Augmenting the rich material palette, sumptuous and moody seating and furnishings offer contemplative moments to appreciate an eclectic local art collection.
